Bree has joined the Krista Lapp and Lapp Real Estate Group with over 7 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Her career in real estate began when she was working as a Receptionist for Keller Williams where she developed a passion for the industry. She quickly moved into the Conveyancing department where she handled all details with Contract of Purchase and Sales and ensured all paperwork was in order and communicated with Lawyers and Notaries. This created a talent for close attention to detail, and delivering complete accuracy by the deadline.
Bree knows the backend ins and outs of listing a property, buying a home and understands a Client’s needs and expectations. She prepares all of our listings, ordering documents, organizes the paperwork, booking appointments, and does all the communication between our Clients, Lawyers, Notaries, the Conveyancing Department and more. She strives to provide an elevated experience for our Clients that helps make the process of buying or selling Real Estate as seamless and smooth as possible. On her off time you can find her spending time with her family and friends, on hikes with her chocolate lab Benny or checking out all the Local Craft Fairs.
